This friday, 1st of July, there's the opening of the festival for contemporary art Ostrale in Dresden, Germany. I'll be there throughout the weekend, just drop me a mail if you are going as well and we can meet.
I'm about to leave for Venezuela. I will hold a workshop titled "Imagining the real world - alternatives to photojournalism", also I will exhibit my work "the time has come, get me out of here". On 26th of may 8pm (local time) I will give a conference that will be available in livestreaming (in spanish).

I'm happy to announce that I became member of the german agency imagetrust. Here are some of my first pictures on their database.
I will show my foto-installation Salvador Dalí vs. Abercrombie & Fitch at the OSTRALE international festival for contemporary art, this summer in Dresden, Germany. It will be on show the whole summer and the location looks really promising. Here is the link to their homepage.

I wrote a reportage about the shrinking process of Dessau for this week's edition of the german newspaper jungle world, it's based on my work get me out of here. There also is an online version over here.

The kollektiv orangotango just released the book "Solidarische Räume und kooperative Perspektiven" about cooperative actions and international solidarity. It features some of my ohotography. It's well worth the read but unfortuntely the book is only in german. For some texts in original language and to order the book check www.orangotango.info.

Estoy por partir hacía Venezuela. Voy a dar un taller titulado "imaginando el mundo real - alternativas al fotoperiodismo", también voy a exponer mi trabajo "the time has come, get me out of here". El 26 de mayo a las 20 (hora local) voy a dar una conferencia que será disponible en livestreaming.

Morgen fliege ich nach Venezuela. Ich werde einen Workshop mit dem Titel "Imagining the real world - alternatives to photojournalism" geben und meine Arbeit "the time has come, get me out of here"ausstellen. Am 26. Mai um 20 Uhr (Ortszeit) werde ich eine Konferenz geben, die per livestreaming verfügbar sein wird (auf spanisch).

Meine Fotoinstallation Salvador Dalí vs. Abercrombie & Fitch nimmt diesen Sommer am internationalen Festival für zeitgenössische Kunst OSTRALE in Dresden teil. Die Arbeit wird den ganzen Sommer lang ausgestllt sein und das Festivalgelände sieht wirklich vielversprechend aus. Hier der link zur Homepage.
